Job description:

  • Ensure Customer Quality requirements are championed within the organization
  • Evaluate, approve, and submit PPAP to customer for new products/ product changes
  • Good understanding of ISO programs (i.e 9001, 14000, TS16949)
  • Focus on customer corrective actions and complaints (containment, root cause and corrective action and closure) and their response to customer’s quality/warranty. Work with a team to solve customer problems
  • Provide regular input on status of customer issues/trends/improvements during Quality/Production meetings
  • Support (Evaluate/ Correct) Production Quality issues
  • Monitor customer quality / warranty and delivery performance KPI’s to ensure on track.
  • Create Customer quality reports/presentations to support finding /observations
  • Involve in Continuous Internal Improvement activity ( i.e 5S/Lean/6 Sigma projects)
  • Support Quality during Product launch/ Pilot run build
  • Perform Audits (Product/Process/ISO)
  • Create and Maintain Quality documentation (procedures/processes/forms)


  • Engineering degree / Technical diploma or similar required
  • Minimum 3 years in a HVAC and / or Automotive manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office

Job Type: Permanent

Salary Range: $55-$75K annually
